FULL-Growing Gardeners Program: Vegetable Gardening (Richmond)

Learn the essentials of gardening with classroom instruction and hands-on activities. Sign up for our new Vegetable Gardening course to be held at the Richmond Public Library. Classes will be held on four consecutive Saturdays, from 9 AM -12 PM, starting March 2, 2019.
The course teaches the basic principles of gardening, and includes a lesson highlighting how to grow vegetables for home consumption. Topics will include:
Participants completing the course, by attending all 12 hours of instruction, will become UC-Certified Growing Gardeners in Vegetable Gardening. Please note that you must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
The cost is normally $60.00, but due to the generosity of the Richmond Public Library, the course fee is waived for this session.
