Interested in hearing the solutions to common veggie problems in your garden? A Master Gardener since 2017, join Monika Whitte for this Zoom presentation as she covers common vegetable problems and how to correct them. You will learn what causes tomatoes to crack, why zucchinis sometimes shrivel and die, why broccoli and cauliflower may produce only tiny heads and more. You'll hear about solutions to these problems and receive suggestions for what veggies to to plant for the most reliable results.

Speaker Bio:

Contra Costa County's Master Gardener Monika Witte is a retire engineer from Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. A Master Gardener since 2017, Monika has volunteered at Our Garden, the demonstration garden in Walnut Creek, and answered questions from the public at the UC Master Gardener Program Help Desk. She is currently the lead for the Growing Gardeners Program in our county.
